~Last Day~

And so today marks the end of my internship.
After a long 7 weeks.

Today,I skipped the morning assembly to focus on my slides.
The presentation went pretty well,
Though I was stammered a little at the beginning.
But overall I gave myself an A.=P
Then comes the Q & A part.
Which as usual caught me by surprise with the questions asked.
Because I cannot predict what others will ask.
So I took quite some time to reply.
I was particularly talking gibberish with my blank mind.
But it was over.
I think I even did slightly better than the Korean guy.
Or so I was being told.

After lunch and handing up some documents,
I could actually leave early around 1.30pm.
But in Japan they have this custom of saying a word of thanks to everyone.
Well,truth is,it's not A word.
More like...a few lines of how grateful I am,thanks for taking care of me all this time kinda stuff.
So I waited for my supervisor to make the rounds around the company.
Too bad he was caught in a meeting with the GM.
It was an open office so I could actually see the meeting.
I thought it was just a small meeting which usually ends within 15minutes.

But I was soooo wrong.
I saw the clock ticking by..and ticking by.
I waited 2hours before my supervisor was finally free.
And we made the rounds.
By then it was 4pm.
The GM was the last person I haven't said goodbye to.
And he was at another meeting.
I waited til 4.40pm,
And left without saying goodbye to the GM.
I was pissed man..
I was supposed to leave at 1.30pm,but WAITED til 4.40pm.

In the end.
On my last day of my internship.
I left promptly at 5pm.
I was so pissed that I forgot to look at every spot I used to notice of my 45days there.

Had BBQ dinner with my supervisors and team mate.
Only 4 of us though.
Had fun,cuz they are the fun ones.
I just wished I could speak better Japanese and not stay so quiet all the time.

Oh well.
I'm typing a very long blog because I cannot find people to talk to online.
I'm such a loner.
Darn it.
