~Short break~

Went to Kobe Luminaire on Friday night after my Friday paper ended at noon.Members in action:May Ching,Joyce,Michael,Fook Hee,Chiang Shen,Kim Shing and me..The light-up was pretty cool and it was pretty crowded.Although 3years here,this is my first time visiting the light-up.Glad I manage to catch it before I move next year.







Next had cheese fondue at FH's place..

After potong cake,we had ghost story-telling and then everyone 'tried' their best to sleep..





Next day,karaoke and Indian lunch before everyone goes back,some,like me,back to exam studying=(

On the way back to my hostel,the weather turned crazily cold.Dah-lar I pakai tak cukup warm clothes,have to cycle another 20minutes back in the cold wind some more..Aiyo..Hand were so cold that I didn't even notice I cut myself accidently=P..Worse still,having not enough sleep the previous night,the 20minutes took me more than that and by the time I reach the hostel..no energy to even stand..~_~""""






Very abrupt ending but now,back to studying..3more papers to go...Jya

Although I've known you only for about 2years,but I'd like to let you know,you're a true friend indeed.Who would've thought through Alex we'll meet,go travelling in Malacca together,clubbing together,had 3am dim sum together?Who would have thought you'll come over to my place to stay over,chatted til late nights together and e-mail each other more frequently than Alex?haha..When all we did was getting to know each other within that few days in Malacca..Funny how things turns out to be huh?Anyway,just to let you know,I'll cherish you forever!!

You went to Ipoh to further your studies,to realise a dream of being a teacher,out of the blue.You really caught us by suprise you know..But I was glad that I still managed to catch you at YY's Christmas party,you are as lovely as ever,as caring as usual.I hope someday we'll be able to meet again and continue our endless talks,which we always manage to do,even after a long time seperation.You might not know the existance of this short letter,but all the same,I missed you!!


Dear Sze Yin,

Out of all the gals,you were the closest to me back then.We used to talk about our future,how unpredictable our future might be.The topic that gave me the strongest impression that we had was about friendship.How much do we treasure our friends and that no matter how hard we try,some,we still have to let go..Now,you are busy woman with huge responsibilities.Juggling insurance work and going to lectures etc.But meeting up with you in March brought back fond memories,and I realised that no matter the distance and time,you and I will always stay the same..Hope that we'll meet again when I go back (spare some time for me lar,u busy gal!!=P) and catch up on each other's happenings.Take care and keep the smiley face going=)

~Earthquake~

Was it Saturday?Ya it was..There was an earthquake on Saturday..My first major earthquake..It was a pretty scary feeling,like the whole building was rammed by a truck..It started with a mild vibration,then 'bang'...A huge quake came,the whole buiding was shaking,my cupboards were vibrating,literally vibrating!!Luckily a few days earlier we had fixed our cupboards to the wall so the cupboards didn't tumble down..I shudder at the thought if it does..

The first one was at about 12.25pm,the next was around 6.15pm..Was having Bak Kut Teh dinner with Soo and Sim..Scary..They say one big earthquake will occur sometime soon in my area,but so far we haven't met it..I do hope I won't have the chance...

Today is Anuar's birthday..As usual we had dinner at Saizeriya,then had a cake cutting 'ceremony' more of like tradition .Today,we sat at the bench,talking..All foreign students..No one came up with any games so I syok sendiri..Tried to lighten up the mood there.The kohais were pretty quiet,just like me when I was 3rd year..To say I have changed,maybe..

Yea,I know..I was pretty fat when I was in Hong Kong..what to do,makan terlebih..

This is a real and stinky camel..

A place call Window of the world..Where every countries famous architectures are shrunk within a ratio of 1:10,1:100,1:3 etc...The Effiel tower is pretty huge

My Japanese might not have improved,but at least I know Jin,Soo and Diem,so I could talk to them..With Ben,Ling and Arif last time,there's always a gap,they being super seniors...I dunno,I feel more comfortable this time around,can mix with the 5th years,and the 3rd years..I like who I am now..

Hong Kong's famous Ocean Park,by this time my battery died off..damn,but I had pics in my uncles camera..If oni I brought them here...Sheesh *End of HK and Shenzhen pics..

My life now..I can't say I really like it..I was pressured like hell for the first week,lotsa catching up to do etc..Homeworks,projects etc..Luckily going into my 2nd week,I finally caught up with my tempo and get used to studying again..But I've been thinking too much again these days..and this blog is no longer a place I could confide in,more of like a buletin board to let the whole world knows what is going on..I have to find somewhere else or someone else I could really confide in...or forget it...Just play and forget and forego all woes and worries..=)

Seems like I could only blog on Wednesdays..haha.Let's see,it was my birthday last Saturday.As usual,its a blog to say thanks and post pics of my gifts.

Thanks to Soo who gave me the earliest birthdayt gift which she conveniently bought on her trip to Taiwan in December.Birthday gift cum souvenir~_~"..Then Kar Yee who showed how sweet she was sending a card and letter all the way from Malaysia..Followed by my dear Min Ley who sent the gift on the day I sent her hers.Ice cream light...



And Chiang Shen who sent on the same day too..
















Araki and Wakki gave me an eye pillow and Japanese style owl-puppet..cool.All these I received on the 9th,not exactly my birthday yet but it was enough to make me grinning all day in school and anticipating the 10th..haha


10th February 2007.
Received a birthday wish from Teck Soon and Ghai Leong on my handphone a little past midnight.Woke up at 7am after having a bad night sleep.No big deal,eat breakfast,study,watch drama,complained that I have a lousy birthday to my online kaki,received Tiramisu puding from Eiguchi..yay..makan,dwaddle until 5pm.Not studying though exam is near..blahh.


Then I start to have a little fun.Had sushi dinner with Mr.Lawson and Hirai sensei at Sushi zanmai.It was great.While having dinner,had a suprised phone call from my host family from Hokkaido..They wished me happy birthday of course and planned to meet up in Nara.



Then received present from tutor.And went for the foreign-student tradition birthday cake makan session..And received gifts from..Ling and Diem..

And came back after a nice chat with the other foreign students.And suprise!!!My tutor gave me a second present...She said,while I was out,she went shopping and saw the flowers quite pretty so..birthday must have flowers wor...I almost wanted to hug her for being so sweet..
And the Tome gave me this.




I was happy to receive so many presents that I didn(t mind the first half of the day was a bore..

ps2:my bandage is off,I still can't move my middle finger but it doesn't hurt thatmuch already..thank goodness.I still won't be completely recovered even when I go back Malaysia but no choice,just have to wait for it to recover slowly..blah..
